PS LVHM Thermoset Polymer is two component low viscosity injection resin system. It possesses high strength and shall develop compressive strength in excess of 45 MPa at 1 day & 55 MPa at 7 days. The injection resin passes the rating for shrinkage test as per ASTM C881 and shall be impermeable. Due to its low viscosity, it enables full-depth penetration of cracks and honeycombs in concrete.

Characteristics / Advantages

• Penetrates into the concrete even through fine hair cracks and strengthens the matrix by virtue of low viscosity.
• Seals cracks/honeycombs in concrete under very low pressure of 5- 10 Psi.
• Grouting can be done by gravity pouring/pressure grouting.
• Excellent adhesion and chemical resistance to creep even at high service temperatures.
